Hatha Yoga in its purest form with no innovations can provide many benefits.  There is a reason that Yoga has survived for thousands of years, because it is a profoundly powerful practice.  It was developed by wise beings who walked this earth thousands of years ago. Gurus continued on with the ancient practice of Yoga.

Hatha Yoga provides many benefits and can improve your overall health by realigning your whole system. This can bring about big changes to your physical and mental balance.  You will be left with a feeling of freedom within your body, free from tightness, pain and stress, which as a result will help with clarity of the mind.  Hatha Yoga in its original state can dramatically improve your life by improving your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Yoga Works’ classes have small class sizes in a warm and friendly, relaxing atmosphere. To help you to relax we make use of lighting and incense fragrance to promote a feeling of calm.  The Yoga classes include breath work, asanas (postures) and meditation.

Hatha Yoga Classes

Wednesdays at 5.45pm and 7.00pm

Saturdays at 10.30am and 12.00pm


Classes last one hour.

Mats, blocks and blankets are provided.

Chair Yoga for All

Chair Yoga for All is accessible for all, for seniors, for those who lack mobility or who have received recent injuries.  These classes are kind and gentle, ideal for seniors.

You could reduce the risk of falls by strengthening your muscles.  Boost your mood, relieve stress and anxiety, increase energy levels (exercise releases endorphins) and meet new people.
