Small classes with a big heart

Yoga Works’ classes have small class sizes in a warm and friendly, relaxing atmosphere; and during these uncertain times, class sizes are limited to three children.

Yoga helps children to develop body awareness, learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way, manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement, build concentration, increase their confidence and positive self-image and feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group.
