Small classes with a big heart

Yoga Works’ classes have small class sizes in a warm and friendly, relaxing atmosphere; and during these uncertain times, class sizes are limited to three people.

Our beginners’ classes are friendly and supportive, typically made up of people who are brand new to yoga as well as those who have been attending beginners’ sessions for a little while. In addition to learning the core physical postures, you will spend time on other key elements of a rounded yoga practice: breathwork, meditation and relaxation.
