Yoga is for all ages, abilities, fitness or flexibility levels, race or gender.

I have designed my class to improve well-being by focusing on breathing and body alignment.  The yoga I teach is Hatha which has been practices for thousands of years, ha meaning sun and tha meaning moon.

Hatha yoga will help you find a sense of equilibrium in mind and body and you will see your flexibility and balance improve in the many poses I will teach you.

All levels are covered from basic to more challenging, there is no pressure to push yourself beyond levels you feel comfortable but you will be surprised how quickly you can master yoga poses and
develop your skills. At the end of the class most students report feeling calm and energised with no aching muscles as with other gym workouts.
