Small classes with a big heart

We give you the opportunity to practise in the setting that’s most comfortable for you.

We offer group and one-to-one classes in and around the Denbighshire area, these can be held in the comfort of your own home or at your chosen venue.  We also have online group and one-to-one classes, giving you the opportunity to practise in your preferred place.

Yoga Works’ classes have a warm and friendly, relaxing atmosphere.  Please see details below of all the classes we offer.

Online Yoga Classes

Online yoga is a great solution if you don’t have so much time, and also lets you focus on your own experience.  It’s a great option to keep up – or begin – your yoga practice as well as for us to keep in touch with you.  The positive benefits of yoga are more important now than ever, aiding physical and mental well-being.

Gravity Yoga Classes

The benefits of Gravity Yoga include increased flexibility, reduced stress and improved posture.  The benefits of private classes are you receive personalised, 1-on-1 training to achieve your health goals which means you learn more quickly and go deeper.  

Together, we’ll work specifically on your health goals using the best yoga practices to serve you.  This is highly individualised and designed to help you get the most benefits in the least amount of time possible.

Hatha Yoga

Practising Hatha Yoga improves overall well-being through realigning the whole system and bringing about physical and mental balance.  This will leave you feeling free within your body from tightness, pain and stress, and offers clarity of the mind.

Hatha Yoga classes last for one hour.

Tuesdays at 7.00pm

Wednesdays at 5.45pm and 7.00pm

Saturdays at 10.30am, 12.00pm and 1.30pm


Chair Yoga for All

Chair Yoga is accessible for all – for seniors, for those who lack mobility or who have received  recent injuries. These classes are kind and gentle.  If you haven’t exercised in a while, there is no need to worry.   You will find these classes gentle, enjoyable and relaxing.

Chair Yoga classes last for 45 minutes.

Yoga for Beginners

Our beginners’ classes are friendly and supportive, typically made up of people who are brand new to yoga as well as those who have been attending beginners’ sessions for a little while. In addition to learning the core physical postures, you will spend time on other key elements of a rounded yoga practice: breathwork, meditation and relaxation. 

Yoga for Beginners classes last for one hour.

Yoga for Kids

Yoga helps children to develop body awareness, learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way, manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement, build concentration, increase their confidence and positive self-image and feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group.

Yoga for Kids classes last for 45 minutes.
