Are you suffering from stress, anxiety, depression or pain?

Stress can cause lower back pain, tight muscles, headaches or migraines.  Practising regularly can help you to ease these symptoms.

I have designed classes specifically to focus on these conditions, helping you to calm your mind, remove negative thoughts and deal with pressure and anxiety when things get difficult.

Come and join us to boost your mood; combating depression naturally by focusing on your body and mind to release tension, reduce stress, anxiety depression and pain.  You will be given tools to reduce or prevent these disorders from recurring.

We also offer private one-to-one sessions which can be carried out at our salon or in your own home, place of work or at another venue.

Practising Hatha Yoga improves overall well-being through realigning the whole system and bringing about physical and mental balance.  These classes will leave you feeling free within your body – free from tightness, pain and stress, and they offer clarity of the mind.

Chair Yoga is accessible for all – for seniors, for those who lack mobility or who have received  recent injuries. These classes are kind and gentle.  If you haven’t exercised in a while, there is no need to worry.   You will find these classes gentle, enjoyable and relaxing.

Gravity Yoga is a mat based, targeted mobility training method that helps you with your stiff back, locked up hips and tight hamstrings. These classes are hugely popular all around the world because they deliver flexibility results quickly.  Classes are designed for all levels, including beginner.

The ancient yoga gurus understood the importance of individualising each experience. Private tuition gives you the opportunity to explore yoga practice fully.  You will receive the undivided attention of an experienced teacher. I started my journey around 15 years ago; at the time I was bringing up my young son who has learning disabilities.  I felt isolated and stressed and suffered with bouts of depression. The first time I practised yoga was the first time in years I felt relaxed, less stressed, my mood lifted and I felt energised.

I felt yoga was my saviour, providing me with tools to reduce or prevent stress and depression, allowing me to cope with whatever life threw at me and helping me to power through my hectic and busy life. I decided to become a teacher so I could share with others all of the wonderful benefits yoga can give, mentally and physically.

Workshops to Strengthen Body & Mind

Yoga Workshops to strengthen your body and mind.  Reduce stress, anxiety and pain. Throughout the workshop we focus on asanas (postures). This focus will improve your strength and flexibility, and reduce pain and stress.  We will also focus on alignment and the benefits of each asana.  There will also be the chance to discuss progression and ask questions.
